Artificial Intelligence COE: Developed machine learning models to classify legal clauses in license terms of 3rd party software. This contributes to speed up the evaluation of software risk in the SAP software rating information.
Artificial Intelligence COE: Enabled the SAP HR-Chatbot to ask intelligent questions back if a user does not formulate correct sentences. The algorithm uses machine learning to increase the bot's performance.
Intelligent Robotic Process Automation COE: Built a system and a framework to enable measurement of individual kpis for automation processes.
